Founding offer
The Founding Annual price of $99 is available for the first 100 eligible annual memberships. It applies to the first membership year only unless we explicitly say otherwise; it is not a lifetime price. Eligibility and availability apply.
Renewal
Monthly memberships renew each month until you cancel.
Annual memberships do not renew automatically at this time. Before your year ends, we will contact you about continuing; nothing is charged for a new year unless you choose to renew.

Each benefit applies to eligible services and is explained below where it needs more detail.
Eligible labour
The 5% member discount applies to eligible labour only. It does not apply to:
- Materials
- Taxes
- Permits
- Disposal fees
- Third-party specialist charges
- Excluded services
- Other non-labour charges

Priority scheduling
Priority means members get preferential access to the capacity we have available. It does not guarantee:
- Same-day service
- A specific professional
- An exact time
- That another customer’s confirmed appointment will be moved
Annual Home Check
The annual basic Home Check is a visual, non-invasive walk-through focused on general maintenance, helping you spot things worth attention.
It is not a certified home inspection, engineering or code inspection, environmental assessment or licensed-trade inspection.
An unused Home Check has no cash value.
One household
Home+ covers one residential household or property. Other properties need their own membership or a Ridgely Business Account.
Preferred professional
You can ask for a professional you have worked with before. We will try to arrange it, but availability is not guaranteed.
If a payment fails
If a membership payment doesn’t go through, we will let you know and give you a reasonable chance to update it. If it remains unresolved, member benefits may pause until it is.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. We won’t make it difficult.
Monthly
Cancelling stops future monthly renewals. Benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for.
Annual
Cancelling stops any future renewal. Benefits continue until the end of your paid year.
Price changes
Any price change applies going forward, with reasonable notice. We will never change the price of a period you have already paid for.
Fair use
We may respond to fraud, deliberate abuse of benefits or sharing a membership in ways these terms don’t allow. Any suspension will be reasonable, explained to you and documented.
Ridgely Credit
Ridgely Credit is separate from Home+ and is not cash. Depending on the offer, it may have eligibility rules, an expiry date, service restrictions or be non-transferable. Those details are stated when credit is issued.
Your rights
These membership terms add to our Terms of Service and do not reduce rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
