Annual Ridgely Home Check
One eligible basic visual Home Check during each membership year. May include suitable checks such as visible door/window condition, smoke/CO detector status, accessible filters, visible leaks, basic weather stripping and selected seasonal items.
This is not a certified home inspection, engineering inspection or specialist trade inspection.
Priority Seasonal Booking
Get earlier access to high-demand seasonal services such as snow, spring cleanup, lawn care and fall cleanup.
